Thanks for visiting my website. I am happy to share some of my photos from over 20 years as a professional photographer. I began photographing images of products, people and places for print material and later for the web. I am very fortunate to be able to combine my passion for photography with my interest in nature, sports entertainment and especially my love for music.

While I love photographing the excitement of sports and the beauty of nature, my favorite genre is event photography. It’s the most challenging work in the business. Unpredictable lighting, crowded venues, moving targets, and limited shooting times are the norm. Those challenges combined with the excitement of live performances create my favorite photo settings.

My work ranges from local house photographer for 4 music venues, and several regional cities to covering some of the largest music festivals in the United States. I receive assignments and contribute to some of the top music magazines and newspapers along with media web sites.

I am comfortable working with artists, promotors, agencies, and celebrities in all situations and venues. I especially enjoy working “meet and greets” with artist and venues.

My photos are on permanent exhibit in the VIP room at The Louisville Palace. Some of these photographs are available for sale. Visit the Prints page on this site or contact me if you see something you like.

As a Nikon Professional Titanium Member the majority of my equipment consists of Nikon D5, Nikon D6, Nikon Z7, Nikon D500, and Nikon D750 cameras with a large assortment of wide angle and zoom lenses.
